WHEN THE FANTASY STARTS

As a young girl, I often imagined what my life would be like as an adult. Like many other little girls, I dreamed of having a fairy tale wedding and marrying a prince in shining armor. We can thank Disney for those dreams, right? If only life were truly like that when you grow up. No one warns you about the dangers and the people you need to be cautious of. Even if you notice these things early on, you still long for that fairy tale. Who wouldn't, after all? I also envisioned having a huge house, living a lavish life without any worries or needs. If only that were the reality. Some girls are fortunate enough to achieve that, but I believe it's a rare occurrence, and even then, I suspect they are hiding aspects that aren't so fairy tale-like.
